Resep Tradisional Untuk Batuk, Pilek dan Demam

Cuaca akhir-akhir ini sering tidak bisa ditebak. Pagi hari ketika meninggalkan rumah, cuaca begitu cerah bermandikan cahaya matahari tetapi ketika pulang sudah basah kuyup kehujanan. Dalam kondisi yang demikian, kadang membuat kita terutama anak-anak mudah terserang batuk, pilek dan demam. Ujung-ujungnya, mau tidak mau harus minum obat.

Sebagai alternatif tindakan pertama untuk pencegahan, kita bisa memberi mereka obat tradisional yang telah terbukti berkhasiat. Adapun obat tradisional yang biasa digunakan bila anak-anak terserang batuk, pilek dan demam antara lain:

Obat Batuk
Bahan:
1 sdm air jeruk nipis
4 sdm madu murni
5 sdm air masak
Cara membuat: Semua bahan diaduk rata kemudian dipanaskan, berikan pada anak selagi hangat.
Dosis:
Usia 2 tahun : 4 x sehari 1 sdm
Usia 3-5 tahun : 4 x sehari 11/2 sdm

Obat Pilek
Untuk dibalurkan di tubuh
Bahan:
2 siung bawang merah, dikupas kemudian diparut
2 sdm minyak kelapa
3 tetes minyak kayu putih
Garam dapur secukupnya
Cara membuat: Semua bahan dicampur menjadi satu dan dibalurkan di bagian punggung, dada tangan dan kaki anak.

Untuk diminum
Bahan:
1 ibu jari jahe, dikupas, dicuci dan dipotong-potong
2 gelas air
Gula aren secukupnya
Cara membuat: Jahe direbus bersama air dan gula aren di dalam wadah tertutup sehingga mendidih selama 15 menit, aduk rata. Setelah dingin, tutup dibuka kemudian saring. Ramuan sudah siap untuk diminum.
Usia 2-5 tahun : 2 x sehari 1/2 gelas
Usia 6-12 tahun: 2 x sehari 1 gelas

Obat Demam
Untuk dibalurkan di tubuh
Bahan:
3 siung bawang merah diiris tipis kemudian dihancurkan
2 sdm minyak kelapa
1/2 sdm minyak kayu putih
1 iris jeruk nipis diambil airnya
Cara membuat: Semua bahan diaduk hingga rata.
Gosokkan ramuan ini pada ketiak, punggung, perut dan kepala anak.

Untuk diminum
Bahan:
1/2 gelas air kelapa muda (kelapa hijau)
3 sdm madu murni
Cara membuat: aduk rata semua bahan
Dosis:
Usia 2-3 tahun : 3 x sehari 3 sdm
Usia 4-5 tahun : 3 x sehari 5 sdm

6. Tidak bereaksi ketika dipanaskan
7. Bila dituang ke tanah tidak akan bercampur dengan debu tanah
8. Tidak mengkristal
9. Tidak larut dalam air dingin
10. Tidak akan didatangi semut karena tidak menggunakan bahan pemanis tambahan.

Madu yang asli memiliki kandungan Bee-Pollen, Bee-Propolis dan Royal Jelly. Bee Pollen, Bee (lebah) dan Pollen (serbuk sari bunga jantan). Propolis bersumber dari getah yang berbau manis dan batang pepohonan yang sebenarnya berfungsi sebagai pengusir binatang berbahaya. Celine Dion

Celine Dion, salah satu penyanyi favoritku, dengan suaranya yang merdu dan liriknya yang romantis tidak pernah membuatku bosan untuk menikmati lagunya.

Celine Marie Claudette Dion atau yang kemudian kita kenal dengan nama Celine Dion adalah seorang penyanyi berkebangsaan Kanada, yang lahir di Charlemagne, Quebec, Kanada, 30 Maret 1968.

Dalam karier bermusiknya, ia pernah meraih Canadian Grammy dan The Juno Awards (award artis dan band Kanada) pada awal berkarir. Kemudian ia berhasil memenangkan Yamaha World Popular Song Festival (1982) dan the 1988 Eurovision Song Contest. Dan yang terakhir sebagai the Chopard Diamond Award dari World Music Awards yang kemudian mengantarkannya sebagai the Best-selling Female Artist in the World, 2002.

Pelantun soundtrack film sukses TITANIC, My Heart Will Go On (1998) ini, pada 1999 pernah istirahat dari keartisannya, karena diduga menderita kanker dan ingin konsentrasi sebagai ibu rumah tangga.

Berita Terbaru Celine Dion

Kabar bahagia datang dari Celine Dion. Setelah beberapa saat yang lalu dirinya dilarikan ke rumah sakit demi menghindari kelahiran dini, akhirnya Celine melahirkan bayi kembar pada Sabtu (23/10) kemarin.

Salah seorang perwakilan Celine mengabarkan hal ini kepada TMZ, menyebutkan bahwa bayi kembar Celine semua berjenis kelamin laki-laki. Bayi pertama lahir pada pukul 11.11 siang waktu setempat, dan yang kedua pada pukul 11.12.

"Kami dikabari bahwa dia (Celine) melahirkan pada pukul 11.11 siang, lalu pukul 11.12, di St. Mary Medical Center di West Palm Beach, Florida," ungkap perwakilan ini.Bayi pertama dilaporkan seberat 5 pon 4 ons, sedangkan yang kedua 5 pon 10 ons. Kedua bayi kembar ini sehat, namun harus diletakkan di inkubator selama beberapa hari.

Enam hari setelah kelahiran sang bayi, Celine mengumumkan nama kedua buah hatinya, yaitu Eddy dan Nelson. Nama Eddy diambil dari Eddy Marnay, produser pertama Celine di dunia rekaman, sementara Nelson dari presiden Afrika Selatan, Nelson Mandela.
